Members are associated with the multiple studios within FitMaze network, and they will be able to see all classes that are scheduled by studios that they are associated with. To associate a member with your studio, please click on Home
Menu, and then Settings / Members.
Click “+” to start adding a member
First check if the member already exists in FitMaze network, and then you can associate this member with your studio.
If the member does not exist in FitMaze network yet, then add the member directly to your studio. Once you complete the process, the member will be available across FitMaze network. Please, click “Add New Member” button.
Once the member is added to your studio you can set up the profile. In the profile you can add a photo for your member, add the member's credit card that you will be charging for memberships, and add related notes about
the member.
Click on three dots menu for the member to open a menu, and then select “view” to start the update.

To enable your members to see scheduled classes in your studio and to be able to check in, the members need to be registered with Fitmaze. As a studio owner you can email either an individual invitation to a member, or you can
email the invitations to all members already associated with the studio.
Additionally, if you need to reach out to a member, you can click on three dots menu for that member, and then select "email" option. "delete" option for a member, if clicked, will disassociate the member from your studio,
but still leave the member in the FitMaze network.
Members can also register by themselves in Fitmaze, and then request an association to your studio. They will not have an access to see your studio's scheduled classes
until you go to Main Menu / Pending Memberships, and approve their access.
You also have an option to bulk upload your members from a csv file.
The file must include column names in the first row.
Fitmaze requires member's first name, last name, email, and mobile phone to register with your studio. Make sure your file contains the required columns. Birthdate, and gender are optional. Studio name(s) are also optional. Birthdate
format: 'mm-dd-yyy'. Gender format: 'M' - male, 'F'- female, and 'N' - not disclosed.

To initiate the bulk upload, please click on Home Menu, and then Tools / Import Members.
Click on 'Load File' below once you have prepared your import file with members data.
Members’ import is completed.
Go to Home Menu / Settings / Members to see the newly added members.

FitMaze is a management platform for fitness studio owners, fitness trainers, and fitness trainees that allows a management of billing, fitness classes' calendars, payment memberships, and other services, including but not limited to, Site offerings (some offerings are subject to additional fees).
Privacy
Your use of https://fitmaze.com is subject to FitMaze's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://fitmaze.com or sending emails to FitMaze constitutes electronic communications. Indemnification

Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and FitMaze agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Jersey in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and FitMaze as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. FitMaze's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of FitMaze's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by FitMaze with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and FitMaze with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and FitMaze with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
FitMaze reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://fitmaze.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. FitMaze encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
